Veda, Queen of Ireland, presents her debut album 'Star's Edge'. Miss Beaux Reves, the former Alternative Miss Ireland winner, lead singer of Daddy's Little Princess and host of 'Space'N'Veda' has been the reigning queen of the Dublin gay nightlife for a decade as well as a regular face on the underground london alternative/art/progressive-drag scene.
Always a pioneer in her field, Veda throws down some killer hooks with her collection of synth heavy electro-pop ditties. Influence comes from various avenues - from 80's new wave and synth supremos to Jonny Woo, Bowie to Empire of the Sun.
Collaborating with NeoSuperVital of BellX1 and eighties legend Maria McKee (Running After You), Veda's debut is a glittering gem of electro cool. Stand out tracks are the Sissor Sister-esque 'Finally' and LadyFace anthem 'Daddyo'.
