D-constructs the face form and its features and re-invents his own
concept of Beauty (which is in the eye of the beholder, or in this case
the MaKer) putting elements together in an identikit style of composite
facial features to convey his perceived perfect look; eg
Liz Taylor’s eyes and Marilyn Monroe’s mouth…
In his pursuit of beauty emerges the TRANSforMation of the face.
HoLah experiments with D-forming the face by adding extra features
– a multi mash up of facial elements to achieve an extraordinarily odd
form of beauty
Holah studies and ‘RewErks’ the features, with an endeavour to
CHANGE face, he introduces camouflaging, coverings, masks veils
and bindings in attempt to D-Sguise and to conceal elements of the
face to distort and abstract flawlessness and D-VIATE from ‘RealNesS’
